We had homemade paninis (or is that paninies??) at my folks a week or so ago. They have a panini press, but your grill pan works just as well. Definitely something I need to add to the old Christmas wishlist. Oh, we had grilled chicken with gouda cheese. Spread the bread (ciabatta rolls split) with pesto, then add the chicken and cheese.
