These cookies are really easy, and perfectly delicious. We got the recipe from the Schulzes and it’s our favorite cookie recipe by far!
First we mix the butter, peanut butter, and sugars together, and well mixed.
| 2 sticks | butter |
| 1 cup | brown sugar |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 1 cup | peanut butter |
Next mix in the eggs and vanilla (left below). Finally mix in the baking soda and flour (right below).
| 2 | eggs |
| 2 teaspoons | vanilla |
| 1 teaspoon | baking soda |
| 2 1/2 cups | flour |
The last step is to stir in your favorite chunked chocolate chips. Plop them on the baking sheet and cook for 9 – 11 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
| 9 oz |
chunked chocolate (or chips) |
Once the bottoms start to golden they are done. Let them cool, and fill the cookie jar!

I had a recipe for Peanut Butter Chocolate Chunk Cookies that I got out of an Amish novel. I lost that recipe and was very disappointed. So I started searching the web for something similar. I came across your recipt and I have to tell you that these cookies are EVEN BETTER than the ones I made with the Amish recipe. Keep up the good work and thanks for this recipe!
